Dan H. Vircks

Dan Vircks, age 82, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his own home on September 2, 2019. Dan is survived by his wife Peggy of 59 years, daughters Gale Olsen, Lisa (Garth) Rolbiecki, Lynn (Troy Hergert), and grandchildren, Kira Rolbiecki (John Stewart), Dani Olsen (Nick Hellenbrand) Hailey Henck (Mac Booth), Keely (Andrew) Vought, Cory Henck, siblings Marge (Don) Gebert, Roseann (Fred) Gebert, Goldie (Les) Kissel, Paul (Judy) Vircks, nieces, nephews and extended family. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Rosetta Vircks, brothers Bill and Jack Vircks and sister Nancy Pransky.

Dan was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone. An avid outdoorsman, Dan loved canoeing, kayaking and all around putzing! He also volunteered with Milwaukee Irish Fest, Bethlehem Lutheran Church and was always willing to help out neighbors and friends. Dan was an active member in the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. His voice will be missed in the church choir and the Irish Fest Song Circle.

Dan was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from AO Smith/Tower Automotive.

He will be extremely missed by his loving family!
