Dean Harry Bierce

Dean has left the earth and gone to Heaven. He arrived on earth into the loving arms of his parents Burton and Amy (Miller) Bierce and his brother Gerald. He was soon joined by his brothers Conrad, James, Robert, and his sister Barbara.
The morning after graduating from high school he enlisted in the army to go fight in WWII.
After returning from the army, two things happened that would guide the rest of his life. He met the woman who would walk next to him for the next 62 years, and she would introduce him to Catholicism.
He married Anne (Babe) Bierce on Feb. 2nd, 1956.
They had 4 children: Kevin (Katrina), Steve (Becky), Amy (Brian) Hoefer, and Sara (Pete) Geffert.
He was then blessed with 8 grandchildren: Brandon Hoefer, Rachel Hoefer, Rajiv Geffert, Zoe Bierce, Melody Geffert, Gracie Bierce, Meg Bierce, and Lily Bierce.
Dean loved his country, family, and God. The simple desire to serve those three things led him to a rich, fulfilled life. When he left this world to join his savior in Heaven, he did so with a full heart.
