Gerald F Breske was born on February 14, 1935. Welcomed into the kingdom of heaven on Saturday November 24, 2018 at 4:45 a.m. in Wausau WI.
During his short time on earth, Gerald was a loving husband to Janice E. (Sprenger) Breske. They were married for 52 wonderful years. Gerald Sr. made a home in Pewaukee, WI., where he and Jan raised two children, Joni Rae Breske-Howell and Gerald Jr. Breske (Brenda Dekan). He was a proud grandfather to his two wonderful grandsons, Beau and Seth Breske and many relatives and friends.
Gerald, by trade, was a Diesel Mechanic, and built many race cars and trucks for the truck pulls aka The Blue Ox and later to be the Golden Ox. (Jaske).
He taught us to fish, hunt and camp. Our father was the type of man who would help anyone that was broken down on the side of the road or on the snowmobile trail. Rest assured, if you were broken down on his watch, you'd be home by dinner. He always had his tools to fix anything, and if he didn't have the tools he would make them. Dad would shovel the snow all night so that in the morning, there would be a toboggan hill for all the kids in the neighborhood to sled. Birthday parties were always snowmobile parties for all of our friends. It doesn't surprise me that he had so many dear and life long friends. Join us to celebrate the life of Gerald Breske Sr. on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 4-6 p.m., services at 6 p.m. Full military honors at Pinelawn Cemetery on Monday December 3, 2018 at noon.
