Robert "Bob" LePine age 64, passed away on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. Bob was born on February 12th, 1958 in Milwaukee, WI to Francis and Lois (Osterberg) LePine. He graduated from Mukwonago High School and continued his education at Waukesha County Technical College. After college, he owned and operated Bob's Repair LTD where he specialized in autobody and mechanical repair. He was a phenomenal mechanic who could fix anything. On November 9th, 1985, he married Barbara Hayes and shortly after they started their life together in Pewaukee, WI. Bob worked as a mechanic for the Village of Pewaukee, where he retired after over 30 years of service. After retirement Bob and Barb built their dream home on the family homestead in Florence, WI.
Bob was an avid outdoorsman who especially loved snowmobiling with family and friends. He was a proud member of the Tichigan Sno-N-Go, Florence County Blue Ox Trail Riders, and a life member of the Menomonee Falls Rod and Gun Club. He loved his family and friends, a good conversation, and a cold drink. He was an extremely hard working and honest man, always willing to help his family and others.
Bob will be dearly missed. He leaves behind his loving wife, Barb, of 36 years, his three children: Kari LePine, Adam (Morgan) LePine, Maggie (Cody) Moon, and his two grandsons: Landon and Deacon LePine. He is also survived by his mother, Lois, and five siblings: Mike (Kathy), Dave (Lisa), Jane (Gary "Fluff") Lindow, Lori (Dan) Mikkelsen, and Ken Luedtke, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is proceeded in death by his father, Francis LePine, in-laws Willard and Arleen (Ebert) Hayes, Uncle John LePine, and many other aunts and uncles.
The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Robert Schellinger, Dr. Christopher Hake, and all the nurses and staff that helped care for Bob throughout his journey. A trust fund will be established in Papa's memory for his grandchildren's education. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the family.
