Trent Allen Nienas

January 10, 1991 — May 31, 2021

Trent entered into the loving arms of Jesus on Monday May 31, 2021 at the tender age of 30 after surrendering his four year battle with brain cancer. Survived by his devoted parents Tony and Diane, adoring brothers Matthew (Valerie), and Oliver Nienas. Dear nephew of Terry (Rick) Helman, Diana Nettesheim, Colleen (Mark) Hoover, Allan Nettesheim, Dean (Debbie) Nettesheim, Kathy (Rick) Boerst, Jill (Paul) Pichler, Lisa (Randy) Heinritz, David (Francine) Nettesheim, Gary (Wanda) Nettesheim, Nancy (Geno) Kasprzak, Laure (Mark) Schwalbe, Kari (Jamie) Bloedow. Cherished by 31 cousins and 17 second cousins. Gone before Trent was his spiritually angelic brother Leo and his ever loving Grandparents, William and Alice Nettesheim, his Aunt Patty, Uncle Glenn Nettesheim, and Cousin Jason. Also preceded in death by his great grandparents, Myra and Clarence Kannenberg, Lance and Doretta Nettesheim.

Trent was born and raised in Waukesha with a love of the outdoors and hiking with the companionship of his loving dog Otto. He had the ability to captivate people with his brilliant smile and draw them in with his approachable personality and piercing blue eyes. A former student of Catholic Memorial High School and graduate of UW Stevens Point, Trent's true passions lay in Ice Hockey, Refereeing, and Powerlifting. His dedication and hard work led him to obtain multiple achievements including being selected to referee the USA Hockey Nationals, 1st place at the Festivus CrossFit Games, and winning gold and silver at the World's Bench and Deadlift competition in Las Vegas. Trent's physical strength was equally matched by his spiritual conviction and the compassion and love he showed others. Trent embraced life, and his devotion to his faith inspired many as they witnessed his positive outlook and his acceptance of the circumstances that were handed to him. Through his journey he motivated and influenced many to become better versions of themselves.

Be free of the cross you bore my son, and soar high with your beautiful green angel wings with blue edges.
