Ursula J. Willkomm

April 25, 1927 — September 24, 2018

Entered God's loving arms on Monday, September 24, 2018. Cherished wife of 64 years to the late LeRoy F. Willkomm.

Devoted mother of LeRoy J. (Mary), Kenneth, Dennis, John (Donna), Robert, Ann. Loving grandmother of Mark Mueller, Steven, Jaime, Thomas (Laura), Kenneth, Scott, Daniel, Sara, Kathryn Prushiek (Christopher). Proud great grandmother of Kailey, Dominic, Skyler, Charlie and Brady. Further survived by sisters Agnes Huebner, Magdalina Joyce and Relinda Slade, sister-in-law Helen Schwoerer and brother-in-law Donald Benzine. Also survived by special friends of Ursula and her family, Rita Nordmark, Jennifer Schafer, Jess Kluck and Kevin Cappaert. Further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Ursula was born April 25, 1927 in St. Nazianz, Wisconsin to Peter and Rose Schwoerer. Along with being reunited with her parents, Ursula is also reunited with her daughter Carol Mueller, daughter-in-law Jean, five brothers and four sisters.

Ursula was a special woman who deeply loved her family and friends. She married LeRoy on June 15, 1946 and they raised their seven children in Milwaukee and Brookfield. They devoted their lives to their faith, each other and to their family. She treasured her time with family making every holiday special by involving the children in dying Easter Eggs and decorating Christmas cookies. She spent time making special crocheted and needle point gifts for all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her favorite job was working as a school cook where she trained special needs students to develop work skills in the kitchen. She also loved cooking, baking, traveling, playing cards, fishing and just spending time with family and friends.

Ursula did for others, never expecting anything in return. She was always considerate of others feelings. Her children's friends always felt at home and called her "Ma". All will miss her famous éclair ring, lasagna, twice baked potatoes, chocolate chip cookies, poppy seed torte, cheese cake (weighed at least five pounds), and many more. No one can recreate their delicious taste because she never measured anything.
